Hotel vicino a Mill Bay - Auckland

“Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going.”

“Reception was very helpful and courteous. Everything was clean. Breakfast had limited choices but adequate and fresh. Coffee for breakfast was instant but had fresh warm milk available.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“Very relaxing, surrounded by nature and with a hike to waterfalls just 5 minutes walk to. The surf spot was amazing and surrounded by beautiful views, beaches wore clean and had restaurants and campgrounds, basically everything you need for a vacation.”

“Beautiful ornate property, perfectly centrally heated, nice private courtyard outside my room, super comfy bed!”

“Everything was grate we arrived at 2am from airport and had a loud water blaster or lawnmower sound happening from right outside our room from 3.30am so sleep didnt realy happen unfortunately which wasnt the fault of the hotel but noise like that shouldnt be happening at that time.. beautiful shower and lovely staff.”
