“This experience has been really bad.... We were supposed to have a nice garden view room... instead we got a room on the parking with view on the delivery trucks..,, and hearing all people coming and going”

“The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Easy parking and reasonably secure. Even though the motel is on the very busy Great North Road we didn't hear traffic noise. Rooms were spotless. A few more kitchen utensils would be handy, such as a microwave oven dish. Overall a very pleasant three night stay.”

“Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. ”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“Hi team, Thank you I had a nice stay at the motel, however I would have appreciated that in our five nights stay there the room could have been vacuumed when we requested for the clean. Otherwise everybody was very helpful and the staff very honest and reliable🙏 I will definitely be staying at the hotel/ motel again next year. God bless!!”

“A very economical, clean and comfortable option for travellers. Staff member was extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries and requests. Additional outdoor lighting for extra safety would be beneficial for late night arrivals.”

“Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything you needed for a long stay, good sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, TV in the bedroom and lounge, washing machine and dryer. Nice and tidy and clean. Good location near shopping mall and not far from Henderson centre. If you want parking make sure you book before you arrive as it is limited.”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...

“Great for an overnight airport stay. Most unique rooms we’ve stayed in while in New Zealand. Check in process was odd. While there are staff at the desk, they walk you around to a giant screen and make you check yourself in while they stand there and watch. We liked their interior design choices - cool and fun! Would stay again!”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”
