“When we arrived, he wasn't sure if I had a booking. Waiting outside the property in the pouring rain for 40mins before I got in. When I called they didn't pick up and there was no in the property to assist. The password gave was the wrong one initially and then messaged the right one after waiting for over 40mins. The toilet seat is right by a radiator and could sit properly as the heater continuesly touch you and heat burns. When we entered we had to clean the toilets as they were let dirty....

“We had a lovely stay here. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Upon arrival we had to wait for our room to be ready and had a drink in the garden which was so peaceful. Our room was very spacious and we had alot of space to put our clothes away, the bed was nice but it was two beds put together and it was very clear, but nothing major still had the best sleep. The shower was amazing great water pressure and good temperature. ”

“The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. The view from the room was amazing. The only fault I could give was the WiFi was very inconsistent. Sometimes it was adequate other times I couldn’t get any signal and I wouldn’t be able to stream on the lowest settings without it buffering constantly.”

“Easy check in and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The room had pretty much anything you could wish for in it. Very well equipped room, lovely linen and a super comfy bed with different firmness of pillows. Nespresso machine, mini fridge, DAB radio, large TV, Dyson fan, Iron, Hairdrier, all great! Checkout was easy the next day. Just a shame we couldn’t have stayed for longer and made better use of everything. Many thanks! ”

“L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”
