“Didn't try the food so can't comment but thought it was odd they didn't offer the included breakfast like most Hilton's do. The high point was a clean bed no bed bugs! My only complaint is the shower hot water but zero pressure, hate that. At least give us a wand so we can make do otherwise fix the pressure.”

“The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Not only that, but there were a number of people waiting and she was not at all efficient in handling the crowd. I chose to come to this hotel and stay here. So when your staff is unpleasant, I will choose to go to any of the other hotels that are so close to yours along that stretch of the 401. I am a regular guest at your hotel, so this is very unfortunate. Thanks for your time. ”
