“Was told our room would be cleaned & new towels for 2 days & they never showed up. Hot water was never really hot so showering was in lukewarm warm water. Lots of homeless around but had a nice large grass area for the dog & was a nice location to the college & downtown. Easy access to the river trails as well”

“The water in our shower was lukewarm the first day, the 2nd day it was cold. I spoke to the front desk when we checked out and they seemed worried that it would be happening to other guests but didn't seem very apologetic. The beds were comfortable if you like a firm bed. We could hear people walking above us all night, it was very loud. We knew other people staying in other rooms and they also complained about how loud it was.”
