“The staff were extremely helpful to us. We were new to the area and they provided excellent dining options. They also recommended local Sights we might enjoy. The breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of good, healthy choices. The suite was very clean and was well appointed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Well first off, we didn't make it to our room until 3 AM, I tried calling numerous times, but no answer. When we did finally get there, we were told that our credit card did not go through, which we had, fradulent charges on our card, and they sent a new one to us, just in time for our trip. Instead of getting a phone call, they canceled our reservations. In turn was told we had to pay full charge, and would have no maid service, Honestly, we have stayed with this company many times, and have...

“Breakfast was great pool and hot tub was great ”

“It was a lovely room. We were short a cup, but front desk said they would give us one, but we didn't need it at that point. I wish there was a lobby that looked out on the lake. The patio was nice, and had a cool breeze. Popcorn was great! I am curious about the mini hall space between rooms. It was interesting... The front desk staff was delightful.”

“Staff were accommodating and pleasant when we asked to change rooms due to loud people above us. I left a ring behind and they called to say they found it and will ship it. Everyone there was very pleasant. The place is located so conveniently to everything.”
