“Breakfast was awesome! Had everything you could ask for. I just had some yogurt, but there was plenty to choose from. I did not cook in the kitchen but it's nice to have to heat something up in the microwave or to have a cup of tea at night.”

“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

“The staff were amazing and assisted very quickly. I arrived very late, and they were able to accommodate it. The room was amazing, the bed incredibly soft. Downtown was close by and easy to reach. Three Ducks provides little pamphlets with suggestions on things to do, and I found that very helpful for my quick trip. ”

“From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.”

“The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were nice, and the bar was perfect. In all of my travels I think the staff at this hotel might be the nicest, most accommodating people I’ve ever met. They truly made our stay wonderful. Olga and the other front desk staff were amazing. ”
