“The house was as described in the listing. Clean. We like that each room had its own heating/cooling unit to set as we liked. We traveled with our adult children. Everyone enjoyed the patio area with the hot tub/outdoor ax game. Convenient walking distance to shopping, eateries, and not far drive to local attractions. ”

“Some problems w the tenant before us w a flooded kitchen sink. Owner took care of it promptly, and with urgency. Very good communication all the way through.”

“It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....
