The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay.
Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
Guests must use the stair to go to their assigned unit.

Please note that all guests will be required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of the stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
• You accept and agree to our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you must provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property management or building rules, as stated in the rental agreement and booking conditions.
• You understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is completed.
While we do not expect issues, repeated violations may require us to involve local law enforcement to enforce our policies. If a guest needs to be removed, any associated costs will be the guest's responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful community and being a good neighbor.
Noise Monitoring: Please be aware that noise monitors are installed in the units. These devices measure noise levels in decibels only and do not record sounds or conversations. Tampering with the device will result in a fee.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $30 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
Pets: Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid cancellation, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. A non-refundable cleaning fee is required per pet:
Additional Fee: $20/night
A maximum of 2 pets (cats or dogs) are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notice, a $500 fee will apply.
