Large 3 bedroom + loft / 2 bathroom, open concept living space with gas fire place and stunning views. There also is a bunkie with a loft that sleeps an extra 5 people. The bunk has its own coffee bar with mini fridge, water cooler, smart TV with Xbox + games as well as old school arcade. The min floor of the bunkie has a pull out section couch (sleeps 3) and a king size bed in the loft (sleeps 3). A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of prep room, coffee bar and a large dining table. The screened in porch can be used year round as added living space.

A few steps up from the main living area consist 2 bathrooms. First bathroom off the hallway and the other is a semi-private suite from the master bedroom . Master bedroom features a custom built King sized bed as well as a folding crib. Middle bedroom has a loft with a king-sized sleep space, overlooking a double bed. Third bedroom has a single over double bunk with an additional single trundle for extra sleep space.

Step out of the sliding glass doors onto a 60 foot deck for even more entertaining space! Here you will find a Napoleon 7-burner BBQ, 2-level Smokey Mountain Smoker and an 8 seater cast iron dining table. This large level lots allows for plenty of space to run and play with a large wooden play structure guaranteed to keep the kids busy for hours (use at your own risk - we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur). At the waters edge there two large floating docks and a brand new 16'x16' deck with a dining set for 4. The gradual-entry sandy beach for the young kids, deep diving off the dock for everyone else. There is a giant floating lily pad, canoes, paddle boards and kayaks.

Along with the use of the 8-person hot tub, all guests are welcome to use the on-site sauna. The Sauna is a 20-foot wood burning barrel sauna with an attached lounge area. However, the main guest must contact the host to obtain instructions prior to use. After consent of understanding the risks, terms and conditions you will be provided with an access code for entry.

1. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the chalet as well as the screened in porch. If the cleaners coming after your notify us that there was obvious signs and smell of smoking indoors, $500 will be charged to your credit card by Airbnb under your "damage deposit"

2. If the chalet is left in a undesirable state (sink full of dishes, excessive garbage left behind all over), the extra cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card by Airbnb under your "damage deposit".

3. Any damage done to any of the property that will require repairs or replacement will be charged to your credit card via AirBnB under the "security deposit"

4. No EXCESSIVE PARTIES. Please be mindful of others in the area and keep your noise and music down especially after 11pm.

Rest assured our goal is to avoid any charges for the infractions mentioned above. Please treat this Chalet as if it was your own and should be nothing worry about.
