“Interesting hotel that is somewhat an extended stay. Way too much over-communication on the check-in process, to the point I was getting 6-10 push notifications a day. One night, someone was doing laundry until 3am that sounded like a diesel truck idling in the hallway. All that being said, it's a new hotel, and was inexpensive, and was a comfortable sleep otherwise. ”

“Place was wonderful very well. Kept only complain that I have is that there wasn’t hardly any water pressure in the shower nor hot water very disappointing when it came to showers and there was no iron in the room and the ironing board was flimsy and kept falling down on my husband. ”

“The condition of the room was poor. The bedding had stains on it, and there was hair in it. Never will stay there again. Furniture was chipped and in very poor condition.”

“While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program. “I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize ”

“I wasn't aware there would be no refrigerator or microwave. It is my fault for not looking at everything on Expedia's website, I've just never stayed somewhere that doesn't offer that. The people staying there were very sketchy and I witnessed an arrest while I was there and later in the fire department showed up. I really didn't feel safe having my mother there so I didn't stay the following evening and we got another hotel in a safer area. ”
