“Five Star experience at this Hotel- they offered free parking despite online saying guests would need to use a 18$ parking ramp and gave me 3 free drinks at the bar to use during happy hour. Very nice of them to do that.”

“We had a suite that was nice! Very clean, and staff was nice. Conveniently located to great spots for eating, drinks and walking to Arena. Valet parking is expensive but nice to have. ”

“The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. “This is always my go-to hotel when staying in St. Paul. The hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly. They have a shuttle service if you’re going to concerts at Grand Casino Arena. It’s in a great location. The hotel is nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and has good food. I also enjoy that they have snack items for purchase at the front desk area. Overall, it’s my favorite hotel and I always enjoy my stay.”

“The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, and it was always 5-10 degrees warmer in the room than what I would set the thermostat on. ”

“Our room was very clean. However, the shower had a severe leak and tub wouldn't drain. The king bed mattress was really bad. It was a big bowl. Very uncomfortable. We were only staying one night. When we told the front desk at checkout, all she said was ok, I'll tell maintainence. ”

“Wasn’t told when and where to find breakfast and not happy that no bathtub bathroom in rooms and shower wasn’t easy to use because you had to stand there and get blasted with cold water until you got right temperature of water!! I was not happy about this!!”

“While the individual rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable, the property itself is dirty (hallway floor from the back entrance to the lobby, windows on doors, etc.) and the front desk staff is less than friendly and seldom at the desk. We arrived early (1:30 p.m.) and requested early check in and were told we would need to pay $25.00 (not a nice welcome especially since we've stayed at this property a few times in the past). Very loud music in the evenings (is there a noise...
