“I'm so glad we picked the SpringHill hotel. The staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect for the kids. The breakfast went above and beyond. The lobby was a great place to gather. We will stay here again the next time we are in St. Paul.”

“The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!”

“We liked the breakfast. It was a very nice hotel with a nice fitness room and laundry services. We would recommend this hotel as it was very convenient. Our minibar was broken so we did not have that convience. They said we could keep it downstairs which is not convenient but nice of them. Of course we forgot everything when we left.”

“I was on a non-smoking floor and clearly someone or certain rooms were smoking marijuana. Could smell it clear down the hall. I think it needs to be policed better. The bar was amazing.. loved the wild west saloon”

“my advice is to stay somewhere else. to me, this building seemed like it had been used as subsidized housing by a public agency and then sold. The new owner may have transformed each of the units into a hotel room, but they couldn’t change the stairways, the elevators, or the sad depressing feeling inside the building. The apartment that I was given was perfectly fine. In a neutral kind of way, there was no problem. However, when I got off the elevator on my floor there was someone yelling “F...

“The room was as described all. Overall the place had a seedy vibe and that paired with a horrible smell and no warm water, we did not stay and booked elsewhere.”

“I would stay at this place again. It was clean, the hot tub was relaxing, and breakfast went to 9am. Which is nice if you are not a early riser.”

“Everything had a price. Nothing came with the room. No TV, wifi, breakfast or parking. The breakfast was $16 and had less than a free breakfast at a Hampton Inn. I've spent 12 nights in hotels this year and this was the worst experience this year and the past 2 years combined. Hilton should sell this one to get their name off of it. Ill be surprised if I get my room deposit back.”

I barely said, “hey, can you possibly see how this conflicting info can feel misleading?” And he hung up on me 5 more times. do not stay here if you require sleep. Our tweaker neighbor was singing, shouting, and playing music all hours. I called hotel staff twice. They showed up once. It never fixed the issue....

“The property was clean and well maintained and located near restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and professional. Parking was plentiful and no additional fees. The hotel was quiet at night - we did not hear noise from other guests. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.”
