“The girl at the front desk was not the most helpful or pleasant. We booked 2 rooms with Expedia and only had one room in the computer. Instead of trying to help us understand what happened and resolve the problem she just simply made us purchase another room and be off. I have to say it is a very clean hotel and the rooms are beautiful. So the front desk was the only bad part. She needed to be a lot more friendly and more helpful with the situation. “The room was very used and unmaintained. The beds were broken down and leaning towards the edge. There were cracks in the walls that were poorly repaired. The wall was crumbling around the windows. The lights kept flickering in the bathroom. The tub was pealing and when taking a shower it did not drain; the water filled to the top of the tub.
