“Somehow when we went to check in, we had two rooms booked. The general manager(I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name) was so very helpful in getting a hold of the right people to cancel one of the bookings. Everything was great!”

The pool area was large and the rooftop deck would have been a nice place to sit outside had the weather been a little warmer. Close proximity to other restaurants and attractions. Would stay again.”

“Stayed at Shooting Star Casino on September 6 and had a great experience. I use a wheelchair and the accessible room worked perfectly. Staff were wonderful — they moved my mom’s room next door to mine and even provided her a wheelchair so she didn’t have to walk far. We also enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant. Excellent service and very accommodating! They. Could use more handicap parking. ”
