“Great hotel. Lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were very clean. We stayed only one night as we were in town for a show at mystic lake casino. It was about an 8 minute drive to the casino so that was very nice also. Breakfast in the morning was good. There was plenty of seating. Dining area was very clean. Food was good and there was a good variety of different options. The chicken sausage was delicious!! There was a big wedding party that stayed the same night as us and the breakfast bar...

“The room was great. The only problem we experienced was it took 5-10 min for hot water to get to us. We were at the end of the run of our floor. That is A LOT of water waste. The staff was AMAZING and helpful.”

“Only issue was the door lock not functioning well. Wasnt staying secure but we figured out a solution. Room 409 needs a new shower head. Great pressure and temp though. Was very pleased with the facility ”

“The only thing that I did like from here is that they go knock you the door and wake you up. If you reserve for today’s they should not do that because that’s what you’re taking a place to rent. So you can relax herself. Not someone come and knock you the door.”

“The hotel on the outside looker older with a face-lift, so I wasn't surprised to see they had a face-lift on the inside! They a very good job refreshing the older building and rooms. I really like the way my bathroom was remodel, very nice! The hotel and rooms all smell fresh and clean and bed was comfortable. ”
