“I would’ve given all stars on staff because my check-in experience was fantastic. The gentleman was outstanding even though it was bummed we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub because they were treating it. That was something that was understandable. However, the late night staff member “SID” was very rude and seemed overwhelmed with his responsibilities. “We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch.
