“Beautiful property overlooking the water. In the morning you can enjoy hearing and watching eagles. The pictures online of the interior do not do this property justice. I'm already looking into my next stay. Great to find a property you only need to bring food and yourself. Clean, no odor of a home being semi unoccupied. If you know, you know. “SUPER nice accommodations in nice remote neighborhood and communication was great. Had everything and more you could need for a comfortable stay. Can’t say any negatives….well master bedroom you have to watch your head for sloped ceiling but so nicely appointed and bed super comfy and bathroom was huge. Highly recommend ”

“The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country.
