Casa è molto particolare in quanto è di 6000 sf tutti al piano principale. La camera piscina coperta sul retro della casa è 3200 sf e non ha alcun piano interrato sottostante. Che fa per una zona molto privata e appartata. Inoltre, si può essere troppo alto, senza disturbare nessuno nella parte principale della casa. Potete visitare questa zona, sul mio sito web. Si prega di guardare il Wiseman Casa Tab. La casa imposta su una parcella 1. 5 ettari di terreno con nessun vicino vicino. La casa principale dispone di quattro camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale in ogni camera. Il piano interrato finito con 2 letti queen size in una stanza e un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera (sette letti totale matrimoniale in casa). Si prega di notare di avere una casa 6000 sf che è incluso nel vostro affitto. Prego email me o chiamare me se avete domande. Mi prega di e-mail se vuoi che io mando un contratto di affitto.

Great property for our large group. Plenty to do with an indoor and outdoor pool, an indoor gym with basketball and pickle ball court and a hot tub. Plenty of space with eight queen size beds, two refrigerators and two living rooms with televisions. The group enjoyed the secluded property located in a neighborhood. Also loved the wildlife (rabbits, squirrels, groundhogs and birds) that shared the property.

My family enjoyed this property. Very spacious and plenty to do. Could use many updates. Has great potential to be a beautiful property. Owner responds quickly if needed when staying at property. Overall would stay again.

Wonderful stay. Pool was fun for all. Gym with basketball hoop and pickleball court was an additional plus for this rental. All ages of our family loved it. I would highly rent this property again.

We were very happy with the size of the house. It was large enough for our entire group to move around and feel comfortable. We loved the gym and pool room. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything supplied in the gym. It was a great weekend for all of us.

Excellent layout and amenities.Entire group loved the pool and hot tub. The Gym got a lot of use from the kids and some adults. Communication with and response from owner was excellent. We had a GREAT stay.

The space for a large family getaway weekend was great. With the basketball court, pool and hot tub there was something for everyone to enjoy! It was great having two full size refrigerators and plenty of tables and chairs for eating and playing cards. My family had a great time. We were able to meet Jim the owner. He was very accommodating!

We were super excited to book this house for our first ever family vacation. Upon arrival we were very disappointed as the pictures online were not a correct representation of the house. The floors were not swept, not mopped and the carpets weren't much better. While this wouldn't normal be a big deal, we didn't want to spend our our first vacation in 3 years cleaning a house upon arrival, especially after having to pay a pretty large cleaning fee. The indoor pool area is very slippery and there are a lot of cracked very sharp tiles that resulted in multiple people cutting their feet even with laying towels down. We ended up running out to buy duct tape to put over the tile to eliminate the issue. Upon checkin we were informed the hot tub was broken and the jets did not work. Prior to check-in we were informed the outdoor pool is closed for the season the week after Labor Day, this would be helpful if listed on the website. We never did find the 5th bathroom and the 3rd full bathroom is in the pool area. This would be a great rental house if the price point was cheaper but for the money we payed our expectations were set much higher than what this house offered. We've used VRBO for many vacations and this was the first time our expectations were not met.
