“I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. “I would not recommend this property. There were noise disturbances all night in the hallway which were not dealt with by staff despite complaints. Rooms were not sound proof. Check in was a bit of a nightmare.”
