“Hair dryer didn't work. At least two outlets didn't work. Coffee maker didn't have correct tray that holds the grounds. Tile floor in bathroom corners had black mold. Tub stained pale yellow. Musty damp feel in room even with AC running non stop. Freezer in frig not clean. Bathroom door would not completely close. Not enough towels provided for our group.”

“Everyone was very courteous and helpful from the time I made the reservation until the time I checked out. The location was perfect and gave 'Chic' vibes--a true Boutique. We enjoyed our stay in the Harrington Suite and the only complaint was of paint chipping in some areas.”
