The staff was super helpful and friendly. The whole place is super welcoming and cozy with super location for walks in the Sherwood Forest. Highly recommend ”

“The staff were very courteous, polite and very helpful. The continental breakfast was of a high standard and we had a excellant stay. The room was clean, nice and warm and the toiletries in the bathwoom were of good quality and plentiful. You provided everything we needed to enjoy a nice hot beverage in the morning and we also enjoyed the discuits you provided. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“The overall service was very good. There was plenty of safe parking at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious and there was a good choice for breakfast. Were I to need a hotel in the future close to Selby then I would have no hesitation in staying at this one again.”

“I love staying at Wildes Chesterfield, the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough to make sure my stay is wonderful. I admire Liam, one of the managers, he works hard to ensure that everything is just as it should be and he remembers people and their needs. “The Mayflower is a lovely pub The staff where very friendly & helpful. Few issues, the plug was missing for the sink in the en-suite. The plug hole itself wasn't clean, needs a serious clean There's no shelf in the shower to put anything on. For the tea /coffee facilities there was no spoon. The single standing lamp, the blub was missing. But other than that, nice spacious room, comfy bed. ”

“We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year!”
