“Could not get in my apartment”

“We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. We did manage to find a mobile number for...

“The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.”

“So big apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, big living room, so clean, nothing missing, location is amazing, with big family all enjoyed”

“Parking was easy and secure. Communication with the host before our pre-arranged early arrival was excellent. The apartment, though sparsely furnished, was clean and tidy with comfortable beds with fresh white linen. The kitchen was fine after we located the cutlery on the cupboard top. There being no tea towel, dish cloth or towels in the bathroom we improvised. This apart, it was perfect for our short term stay. ”

“Beautifully designed and decorated. Perfect spot on outskirts of sheffield - would definitely stay again. Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent.”
