“I was assigned to a smoking room. The smell was very bad. The carpeting was in dire need of repair, and the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The fitness center was in similar condition. Don’t stay here.”

The room we ended up with had missing flooring, the curtains were falling off, one of the bedside tables had fallen off the wall mount and the lamp didn't work. “Property is undergoing renovations and it’s messy plus the hallways smell like construction work. We were in a renovated room but the quality of work is questionable. Items hung crooked, toilet paper holder already falling off the wall….. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and gracious.”

“Rooms were clean, but we were disappointed in the beds. The beds in our room were hard and uncomfortable. The common areas were clean and updated. The breakfast was good and there was ample seating. The kids enjoyed the waterslides. Pool towels were gone when we got out, so I asked the front desk for towels. I was told only two extra towels per room since they were short on towels. While we stayed during a busy weekend, we paid $300 a night. Housekeeping did not come during our two night stay...

“The staff is great here. The hotel is clean. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot fills up quickly and there’s a lot of door slamming, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.”
