“It took three rooms before we got one with a working A/C, but the refrigerator didn't work and the only way to turn off the hair dryer was to push the ground fault button. The grout on the tub was gross with black stuff. It was a disappointing stay. The person at the front desk tried his best,but the facility needs a lot of help.”

“The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.”
