“Need more variety for breakfast no hot breakfast but waffle machine. My shower had hair in tub. Room had dust were towels at hair was on towel dust around the blow dryer .”

“We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”

“Parking is super easy Breakfast is very basic but adequate with eggs and sausage, cereals, yogurt, bananas etc. Rooms are definitely clean ”

“Booked a King bed room thru Expedia. Got there rather late in the day and was given a room with 2 queen beds. Showed them my Expedia reservation with King room and they blamed Expedia and said they couldn't move me because they were "sold out".”

“Terrible hotel! Everything is very scrappy and used out. Defiitely not worth the Gour Points name. When I arrived my room was 45 degree F as heating was not working. They moved me to another room where heating was sort of ok but the temperature controller was broken so The machine went on and off all jight with lots of noise. Personnel not very nice, almost rude and not supportive I do not recommend this hotel”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We stayed in a two queen bed room. This room was large and clean with a kitchenette (an added bonus). I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price, it was a hidden gem!”

“Clean room. Quiet. Airport shuttle. Only thing was the breakfast started at 6:30 which means I missed it because I had to go the airport. ”

“My only complaint is all the other clientele who brought kids that likely weren’t all theirs. To the pool. On a saturday in april. The ratio of kids to adults was about 7:1. And the pool area was very crowded.”
