“The property was very clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, coffee excellent. However, the room was quite humid and the air conditioner was insufficient, which made sleeping difficult. Also, the plug ins next to the bed were worn out, so the plugs didn't stay in the socket.”

“Terrible hotel! Everything is very scrappy and used out. Defiitely not worth the Gour Points name. When I arrived my room was 45 degree F as heating was not working. They moved me to another room where heating was sort of ok but the temperature controller was broken so The machine went on and off all jight with lots of noise. Personnel not very nice, almost rude and not supportive I do not recommend this hotel”

“A staff member named Jeremy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with omelets, bacon and cube potatoes with the usual waffles, yogurt bar, etc. The laundry machines were complimentary. We would go back.”

“I was not informed that the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday's so we ended up at a Mexican restaurant across the street which I had to send my food back. Our room was quite a walking distance from the lobby even though there were several rooms that appeared vacant. The bed was and the room was clean although very dated.”
