“The couch in our unit had completely collapsed at one end. Not sure why no staff had seen it as it was blatantly obvious.
I spoke to reception about it and they did look at transferring us to another room but no rooms available of the size we needed. I asked if they could just replace the couch but they said they couldn’t.
Also no spare blankets in any of the wardrobes. One night was cold and no electric blankets either.

“Bed was comfy, The room was clean and sufficient, but there was a bit of noise disturbance from the upstairs units. next time i will book an upstairs room and be aware of how the sound travels down to the below unit, lovely pool area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The motel was placed where everywhere was very accessible and near to the beach.”
