“Not private! We booked this property because it said “you’ll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.” We immediately left after discovering that it is just a couple rooms in a man’s house and he would be there the entire time. Such a waste of money. ”

“I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints...

“The room was spacious, clean, and nicely updated, which made our stay very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our short stay. It felt like a great deal overall—especially when you consider that breakfast was included, with perfectly crispy bacon to top it off.”

“The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

“Room reeked of marijuana and there were zero rooms available to for us to change to. The desk attendant came to the room with fabreeze and made the room smell better for about 5 minutes. The mini fridge was covered in something sticky all over the door and the wallpaper was being held on by pieces of blue painters tape. The breakfast is the worst carton eggs that you’ve ever had. Dry and tasteless. I would never stay here again as I should have probably demanded a refund and slept in my car.”

“This property is run down and dirty. Guest rooms are OK but public areas are not. Toilet kept running, I fixed it. But the valve system was obvious years old and should have been replaced. Breakfast, which I paid for, was a joke. We were even charged for our coffees when they should have been included with breakfast. Inside elevator door had gang symbols scratched on it. Handicaped parking was way around on the side of the building requiring a long walk to the entrance. But, and this why...

“The lady at the front desk, at 2:00 am yesterday was not in a good mood, she was very rude ”

“Stayed here for about 2 weeks. I liked the room, with a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and i had the flexibilty to make my own meals. The location was good. Only issue why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay!”
