“Room clean except for shower walls/floors visibly unclean with what appeared to be permanent brown stains. Shower door would not stayed closed (broken). Stair well was dirty. Breakfast was a kinda pitiful but it appear other guests enjoyed making their own waffles. Gym was a joke - basically equipment in a closet that could only be accessed from outside - definitely not safe.”

“The pool was close but I enjoyed the gym and the breakfast, the room was a little bit cold the temperature was kinda of hard to adjust. Room was clean staff was very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you so very much.”

“A/C was pretty good. Room was clean. I did miss having a coffee pot and microwave in the room but they were avaliable in the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and the morning buffet was surprisingly good. ”

“Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie. I stay in Augusta 4-5 times a...
