“My wife and I love to visit Savannah and this was the first time staying at McMillan Inn. The location is GREAT! It is a couple of blocks away from Forsyth Park and is in walking distance from all the shopping and sights that Historic Savannah has to offer. The staff was friendly and engaging. They serve a delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed in the Whitaker Room and it was lovely. The only knock would be the smaller-sized bathroom that didn't have much, if any space to place cosmetics,...

“Wonderful "historic" home in a great part of town (midtown, just off Forsyth Park-we highly recommend staying in this part of town which is quiet and convenient). Owners did a great job of adding modern conveniences to the 19th century building making the experience comfortable while getting the feel for the character of Savannah. Staff was friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. We especially liked the second entrance to our room which led out to an expansive balcony.”

“It was a remodeled motel and was the nicest remodeled motel we have stayed in. The staff/owners all were absolutely wonderful, positive, polite, and smiling every second. The gal who was taking care of the breakfast area was on the go every second. Very clean. Good sausage, good coffee, good muffins. Nothing really negative (except the scrambled eggs were bland and I imagine they were made from powder). It was definitely a good value.”
