“Very outdated, pictures on Expedia did not match reality”

“On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc).”

“The shuttle although excellent, starts at 4PM. One could easily walk about a mile to the Winter garage of the casino. Great stay here!”

Room was a total mess. there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, TV wouldn't turn on, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting and the light in there didn't work unless you turned on the mirror. If it wasn't for the fact that we were only staying one night to drive the rest of the way back home I would've absolutely asked to switch rooms. Bathroom door also wouldn't close. I took a video but won't let me upload it”

“I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.”

“Rooms and grounds were very clean. Food was great. Staff awesome but beds uncomfortable. Needs replacing . But our granddaughter had the best time !!”

“This hotel was disgusting. Half of it was boarded up and the rooms were well below average. When I saw the property and then the room, I immediately asked for a refund and went somewhere else.”

“The room was clean but upon arrival our TV was falling out of the stand, reported it immediately to front desk but no one fixed it. I used a tissue box to keep it upright. Wifi was terrible, the mattresses were very lumpy and old. The ac was loud but great especially because it was 98 degrees. The staff were friendly but not very helpful with the issues we had. Breakfast was ok but coffee was terrible..not much of a choice other than cereal, waffles, or bread choices. I have stayed here a year...
