“A stunning property, full of stylish period features. We felt like we were the only guests staying and considered our stunning room with a view to be our 'home'. The onsite butler carried out his work so quietly we hardly knew he was there, but was always available to give friendly travel advice or assistance. Fantastic location in a charming historic village, complete with delicious eateries a short walk away. We will be back!!”

“The customer satisfaction is the main priority of the hotel and the staff, by addressing all customers professionally, when they enter the hotel and trying the best to fulfill customer's needs. One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen.”

I enjoyed the recommendations given by reception when we were looking for restaurants in the area. Soo close to Salamanca Markets without being able to hear any noise or music from the market. Even while staying in the mountain view room!”

Sembra di trovarsi dentro ad un romanzo di Agatha Christie per l'atmosfera che si respira, sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Ciò nonostante offre ottimi servizi, pulizia e personale efficiente e disponibile 24h. Stanze ampie con mobilia d'epoca, edificio completamente ricoperto in moquette. Al piano terra è presente un pub ed un ristorante.”
