“Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.”

Abbiamo usufruito sia del ristorante che del beach bar e del loro cafè. Il personale è molto gentile e la struttura ed il giardino sono ben tenuti. “Unica cosa negativa da segnalare è la chiusura di tutti i servizi alle 9 di sera, bar e ristoranti chiudono, per cui non ho L possibilità di ber qualcosa e mangiar qualcosa dopo le 21,30 E sembra esserci il coprifuoco Devo però dire che tutta isola viaggia con questi orari A capodanno alle 23,30 anche il ristorante esterno all’hotel ha chiuso. È come se a Maui ci sia un fuso differente di 2 ore avanti 😂😂😂😂😂”
