“The listing stated the property was immaculately clean and it most certainly was not! Upon entry, we were met with a terrible smell! The floors were filthy, there were holes in the walls, and the vents and returns were covered in dirt. We had to go to the store to get cleaning products and sprays, sheets, towels, and slippers to try and make it stay able. When my daughter took a shower the hot water nob fell off and she couldn't get out fast enough before getting her back burned because the...
