The apartment was very clean and decorated so nice! It was spacious, well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The neighborhood was safe and easy to walk our dog around in. We had an issue with the keypad and getting in but Dawn was quick at responding and fixing the issue. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Apartment was exceptionally clean and the bed was beyond comfortable, wanted to bring it home with us!! Only complaint would be… renters child above us was very loud. We did enjoy our time there and would recommend it to everyone.

Old Elm Building

The Old Elm Building fit all of our needs. Cleanliness, communication and ease of check in. We traveled with our dog. We appreciated all the near by parks! Thank you.

We had such a great mid-week vacay here. It was located 20 minutes away from just about everything big in the area (Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kings Island). Great options for food and shopping as well. The property was BEAUTIFUL! Home to probably my favorite shower I’ve ever showered! The owner was also really friendly!!

This place was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, very comforting, well provisioned, and the shower!!! I wanted to take the shower home with me!! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and i was very comfortable walking my dog around at night. Monroe is great and, with short drives, quickly accessible to lots of other great attractions. If you stay here, give Cassanos a try! Dawn, the host, was fantastic and very responsive! I had an issue getting into the apartment (my error) - Dawn had us in within minutes and very kindly got me sorted

We stayed while attending my daughter’s basketball tournament. It was an easy drive to spooky nook, the apartment was very clean and cozy. We walked a couple times around the neighborhood and it seemed safe. Great experience

Acute and efficient stay for a quick getaway

This adorable accommodation suited us to a T. We loved the historic nature of the building, but all of the very special upgrades too. Very clean and accurate description and a very thoughtful host.
