“When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. My entire check-in took less than 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The staff were great, answered any questions we had, and were prompt when we needed extra towels or other assistance. The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was fresh, and there was a staff member present to keep the buffet area stocked and clean. The pool area was very clean, and the water seemed like it was a heated pool....

“This hotel needs a good cleaning!!! Comfort inn is usually on of our first picks when looking for a hotel. This one was so dirty! They keep the entrance tidy but once you get past that it is all downhill. I do have to say the bedding looked clean and was comfortable but we were pretty tired. “Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point.
