“Exceptional experience”

“I arrived expecting to find a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. I did find all those. I also knew they had dining available in the lobby, but I was so surprised by the variety of items they offered and the quality. We had pre-ordered breakfast when booking the room - basically two for the price of one. We each got a "hot entree" and coffee. Starbucks coffee. “This was the 4th weekend we waited a considerable amount of time to check in No one was at the desk The hotel advertised a pickup breakfast from 6 to 9 am we went down at 7 am no cofee and no breakfast was available and it never became available There seemed to be only one on duty the entire time we were there there were no utensils plates nor cups available The cupboards were bare The parking lot was filled with cigarette buttts and garbage the dog walking area needed mowed The...

“Really cool building. Although our private bathroom was across the hall, it was clean and no problems to use. Hosts were excellent. Great coffee! Would definitely stay again!”

“It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.”

“Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?”
