“The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. Busted outlet covers. Holes in the wall. Dirt on the bathroom walls. The front desk staff were very polite. Picked this property thinking it would be better than red roof… but I...

“The front desk staff was very accommodating to my needs as I had to check in early. They all are very courteous and welcoming. I am very happy that I found this hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is wonderful and includes a variety of foods. They even have the late night snacks and beverages that make you feel like you are at your own house. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites.”

So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. The shower handle wont stay in one position. Automatically rotated fully to the left spraying hottest water. I had to hold the handle in one...

“The hotel wasn't a great location. I was in town for my mother's funeral. This hotel is not handicap accessible. My room had a stench of a smell in it. The bathroom trash can was covered in ants, which I had to remove and place in the hallway. Rust all over the towel racks in the bathroom! I would not recommend this property to anyone!”
