Hotel a Presque Isle State Park

“We stayed from a Sunday to a Tuesday. It wasn't overly busy. The breakfast was reasonable. The space to eat breakfast was small, but we managed. As I said, it wasn't too busy. The pool wasn't huge, but was refreshing. It wasn't open the morning we checked out. The room was clean and well maintained. We were on the ground floor, and our window looked out over a small green space. The rooms on the other side look out to the parking lot. One thing to be aware of is that this is a wood...

“The mattress was the absolute worse I have every slept on. The blanket on the bed was a mattress pad! The furniture was so hard it hurt to sit on it. The shower was a total fail! Would not recommend!”

“The room was very clean and spacious. We had the king size bed and it was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The breakfast was quite good and the attendant was too notch, making sure that all of the items were available. Breakfast included: eggs, bacon, toast, bagels with cream cheese and other toppings , waffles, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and more. Highly recommended!!!”

“Family service was terrible customer service was lacking because of a medical emergency we were not able to go on May 22nd I called the next day May 23rd I realized the policy what it means but because of not being able to get there because of a medical emergency I thought that I should have my money refunded they would not give me a refund they would give me $23 off if we went and stayed on May 23rd big deal that is nothing so I would like to have my money refunded but no one was willing to do...
