“Lovely, quiet place. No luxurious but comfortable. In the heart of Knowlton with shops and restaurants close by and a fabulous bookstore. The only downside for some travelers is the absence of an elevator as the hotel is on the 2nd floor, 1st floor if floor designated in the continental manner, so a flight of stairs.”

“This was one of the lovliest homes I've stayed in, and Michel was very communicative and accommodating. The home was very clean and had everything I needed, including chamomile tea from the garden. Breakfast was simple yet elegant, with a variety of homemade nut butters (including a better version of Nutella) and jams. There were end-of-season fruits from the garden that were delicious! My room was clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the backyard. The home was seven minutes from downtown...
