“The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.”

“Great location. Comfy beds. Accommodations as pictured and as described. Relatively quite building when we were there. Good location specific recommendations from host. Application a bit tedious, but I understand because it is in a potentially located in a party zone. My only suggestions is a better closing mechanism for the buildings front door- as other tenants left it open several times open, making the entryway cold and sometimes smokey from the folks smoking outside the adjacent bar. ”

“Immaculate apartment! Well designed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Only concern was parking, with the suggested parking garage being at full occupancy for the holiday. We were able to secure parking at a local library and utilized rideshare for convince. The apartment itself was by far one of the best stocked VRBOs. Aveda product in the shower that just gave that additional luxurious touch.”
