“I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was especially surprised (and very relieved) that their pet policy allowed cats, as I was traveling with two. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that welcome cats, so this made a big difference for me and made the move far less stressful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless—quick, efficient, and handled professionally....

“The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was wonderful. The plugs needed some work though. Our charging wires didn’t seem to stay plugged in. The only good plug was in the bathroom. The ceiling fan/light dis also not work. We were only there for one night so we didn’t worry too much about it.”
