“First off, I appeciate the amentities as they add something extra to your stay. The 24 hour coffee machine, hot water or flat/sparkling water are a nice touch. The pool is nicely updated, but a little bit cooler especially in the evening (I only note this as it does affect if the kids will go in and for how long). The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The first concierge we dealt with at check in was really thoughtful and went out of his way to make the kids' stay special. The...
