“We had a wonderful stay at the Riverfront Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully updated. The games room was a huge hit with our kids, and they also loved the complimentary popcorn, cookies, and other snacks that were available. “Room had split AC which was very close to one of the bed and the filter had smell and dust appeared never it was replaced , towels didnt smell fresh and constant train noise through the night along with AC didnt allow us good sleep which was our primary goal to stay during the long drive”

“The people at the desk, with the exception of one older woman on the night shift, were rude and appeared as if they hated their job, and didn't want to be there. The complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown, when you would call the desk for a pick up from downtown, would put you on hold forever to the point where you had to call uber.
