“Room was huge and very clean. It was perfect and included breakfast. Shower could be updated but was fine”

“We first checked in. Everything was fine until we tried to open the door with the card keys that didn't work went up-and-down the long hallways 3 times to the front desk and finally got in. The next morning got locked out again. Had to get the made to do a trick to open up the door. it's just ridiculous tgat they don't fix them.And then in the morning ordering breakfast from the kitchen in the lobby and was treated rudely and the young girl with the dyed grey hair was not nice to us at all. “We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in downtown Montclair. the location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel restaurant was convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there. The food was fresh, well prepared and good quality. The parking was very expensive. We were able to find some street parkings.”

“My particular room which is a king suite, was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. But the second floor, breakfast area is going under major renovation and it is filled with lot of broken furniture. Breakfast is not that great as well. It does say hot breakfast with very limited healthy options. No waffle maker and no fresh oatmeal. Lot of sugary,processed and high carb options are available. They do not even have sugar free creamers which was a very big inconvenience if you are not...

I've been trying to call, but I can't reach customer service, and the lines connect to different locations. The manager said to throw them away, but I had placed them under my pillow. Also, the microwave smells like it's burning because it's rusted inside.”

“Everything was great only thing I will say is the guy that checks the pool at night did have a slight attitude because we were a little behind on time when the pool was closing we literally just didn’t know what time it was. Also there were stains on the cushions on the couch I also realized we were sneezing a lot in the room first thought were it must have been a dog in there.
