“初めて利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんも良い人で親切に対応して頂きました。 部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 キッチンもあり自炊ができるのと、お風呂もあるので、着替えだけを持って気軽に利用できると思います。 今回は2階の部屋でしたが、次回利用する機会があれば１階の部屋にしてみようかと思います。”

“Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“Some old smell in the room, no lift, not good for suitecases. Poor location if you don't have a car or Uber. The hotspring not maintained well, some pieces leakages so the water is little muddy.”

“Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. ”

Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

“perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! ”
