“We loved our stay here, the sauna was such a treat. The container rooms felt very private and we had plenty of space for us! The beds were incredibly comfy. It was great to be able to make use of the cooking facilities in central house and the staff were always friendly and helpful. ”

“One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...

“Loved our stay. The hotel is really close to the ski fields and rental shops. Right in the center of town. It had a little kitchen which was great to make a cup of tea and toast in the morning. ”

“The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep.”

“Ski lift was very close, just a few hundred metres away, we had a car so we could easily get around from resort to resort and were able to see and ski on all four of them. Grand Hirafu and Anapurri are definitelly the best.”

“An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked.”
