“A spotless, beautiful and modern hotel with every comfort. As the hotel was almost empty, we practically had the place to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese course. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The rooms are very spacious and still have the brand new hotel feeling. We would like to mention the gentleman at breakfast who brought us coffee before we even had to ask. The onsen was modern and everything...

“快適に、夏期休暇を過ごす事が出来ました。 冷房設備が欲しいなぁと、思う日がありました。”

“From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve.”

“An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked.”

“アメニティグッズの交換があまり良くなかった、掃除も完全でなかった”
