“Overall this is a good hotel in Carmel. It seemed a little pricey but they do have a free 1st class breakfast and free happy hour that is nice. The happy hour starts at 2 pm. Our room was a little small for the price but amenities were excellent.”

“Bella posizione design dell'hotel è solo sufficiente perché potrebbe essere molto meglio a causa di errori di posizionamento delle stanze ad esempio sopra generatori elettrici rumorosi o senza vista. Spazi nella lobby in reception un po' Bui e senza vista. Cibo discreto. Molto fastidioso aver aggiunto un costo fisso giornaliero non previsto alla prenotazione per l'utilizzo dei servizi di intrattenimento anche se uno non li usa”

“Great amenities and restaurants. Very cool underground bridge to connect the 2 sides of the property. Really cool hot tubs on the rooftop. Great views of the ocean, and close to everything we needed.”

“Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers.”
