“The staff attending to the breakfast was frequently unable to be found and when asking the woman working the front desk to help with pancakes, she was annoyed an unpleasant. She also had no issue once it was fixed of making herself a large plate of them and sitting at the front desk eating her breakfast...after only arriving shortly before that for her shift to start. The hotel was clean otherwise and the room was what we expected.”

“I appreciate the consistent quality of Holiday Inns, however, I do wish they would consistently offer breakfast as part of your stay. Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but is not included; a buffet breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were quite comfortable with the exception of the small refrigerator not having a freezer section. The staff were friendly and lovely and I enjoyed my stay. “The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.”
