THE VILLA:
The entrance leads immediately to the living area with a large wooden table and a relaxation area: this large space is designed to accommodate various types of use. Can be used as a dining room, and as a relaxation area for enjoying the flat screen TV or as a tasting area thanks to the fantastic wine cellar where you can choose from a wide selection of wines and labels.
On the left of the Villa's entrance, you find a modern and spacious kitchen, equipped with access to the courtyard outside for lunches and dinners with view over the beautiful Tuscan territory.
Always on ground floor of the villa WELLNESS AREA and FITNESS ROOM:
In the wellness area cozy sauna, an old trough for aromatized wine bath, a large Jacuzzi tub and a spacious shower sensory.
The fitness room, with ancient wood flooring, accommodates modern machines Tecnogym, equipment for physical activity, and a corner dedicated to couple's massages.
On the ground floor, to enjoy you relax time, there's also a LOUNGE AREA: closed by a modern wall of glass is decorated by a suspended fireplace central that leaves visitors open-mouthed. A small door access to the pergola which is developed in the area east of the structure where the view of the tuscan countryside fills the soul!

THE DEPENDANCE:
Next to the main building you can find the ANNEXE HOUSE, a restaured old barn of about 200 sqm on two floors. From one side a living room / kitchen that leads to the upper floor where is located a large living room, a luxurious room with stunning view and private bathroom. On the other, a professional kitchen with 8 work stations (for cooking class) and wood-burning oven, a bathroom and a service room. The professional kitchen, with direct access to the garden equipped for barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Both the Villa and the Dependance are equipped with air conditioning and wifi.

THE EXTERNAL SPACES:
Another great feature of the Villa Parmolaia is the big garden with olive grove, a lovely garden of essences, a large lawn with fruit trees and flowers, and an enchanting swimming pool that, like the whole of the property, enjoys a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside.
